• The Organising Committee welcomes abstracts of contributions on the workshop topics. The abstract will be due before January 12, 2015 and should include:

    -The title of the proposed paper.
    -Sufficient detail (200-400 words) to allow the Scientific Committee to evaluate the contents of the proposed paper.
    -The name, affiliation, mailing address and e-mail address of the author(s).

  • Abstracts should be written in English. The file containing the abstract should be in pdf format. Name the file starting with the last name of the first author. Templates are available here.

  • Abstracts and proceedings should be sent using the Springer Online Conference Service (OCS). Detailed information on how to submit your contributions in OCS is available here.

  • Notification of abstract acceptance will be mailed by February 2, 2015.

  • The final electronic paper will be due before April 27, 2015. They will be available during the workshop in electronic format. Only papers received before April 27, 2015 will be included in the proceedings.

  • The contributions of the conference will be published on the premier proceedings series "Springer Proceedings in Mathematics & Statistics (PROMS)".

  • Also, up to 4-8 papers will be selected and published in a special issue ("CoDaWork 2015") of The Austrian Journal of Statistics, published by the Austrian Statistical Society. Authors of the selected papers will be invited to prepare an extended peer-reviewed version of their contribution. In addition to the full length papers, we also encourage the submission of short articles to this special issue.

  • For the first time on CoDaworks history there will be special awards for the best:

    1) Young (under 30 years old) statistician contribution
    2) General contribution and
    3) Poster,

    the first two according to a jury and the last one through popular vote.

Note:

Due to the limited time for oral presentations, only one oral presentation will be accepted for each participant. However, you can co-author several oral presentations or send poster contributions. Poster and oral contributions are considered equally valuable and will be treated in the same way: abstract, extended paper, publication in the proceedings, certificate of participation.
